Totally stoked about this class!!! I think it is going to absolutely amazing the things that I will take away from it.
I'm not too crazy about the text book. But I believe the professor will make the class worth while.
We already discussed whether food is a minor and a simple art. Many points were made about why it is considered as such. But I made some counter points as why in my eyes awhile understanding that it is simple it is an art none the less.
